There is a lot of information to communicate to students/parents of the class of 2021. We will be updating this page as information becomes available. Pay attention to the update date to determine if you have the most up to date information.

The Senior Party has been a fun and important Interlake High School tradition. Typically, it’s an all-night party that happens the night of our students’ graduation ceremony in June. The Senior Graduation Party gives our kids a special celebration event full of wonderful memories plus a safe place to party with friends and classmates.

BUT WAIT…this year (and perhaps into 2021), as we all know, has been a challenging time due to Covid-19, forcing all of us to rethink milestones and celebrations.  Rest assured, while we are planning for a party (because it takes a lot of prep behind the scenes), we are letting local, state, and federal agencies guide us in our planning.  So, for now, we are simply focusing on fundraising for the Senior class so that we have the resources to celebrate our graduates in whatever fashion is safe to do so.  Without fundraising, we won’t be able to provide the recognition our seniors deserve. Everything from scholarships to a special celebration event, to yard signs for a simple quiet at home celebration require our work.  Of course, we have BIG dreams of shuttling our kids off to a secret location to safely celebrate with their peers into the dawn, right after tossing their hats in the air!  But if, like the Class of 2020, our in-person graduation night celebration is cancelled due to guidelines, rest assured we’ll have backup plans for celebrating our seniors!  Our funds will go toward whatever form our celebration is able to take.  We’ve got this SAINTS!

Details:  Ceremony is scheduled to last 90 minutes.

Ticket Information: Each graduate will receive 8 complimentary guest tickets. Forms to order extra tickets ($10) can be found here or in the front office.

Parking: Paid parking ($6) will be in the E-1 parking lot, with disabled parking at the Graves Building of E-18 parking lot. Please note that some parking areas only take credit cards.

Details: Graduation Leis are ordered spring of 2020.

Leis pickup is just prior to the event. Location for pickup will be in front of UW Alaska Airlines Arena on the south side of the building.

Students won’t know where they’re going until the bus arrives at their destination. Rest assured that each location is a secure, drug and alcohol free environment with lots of food, music, entertainment, games and much more…all night long! Scholarships are available upon request. Submit a completed application to your counselor by TBD. Scholarship application deadline: TBD. Scholarship eligibility are awarded on a first come/first serve basis. What else do I need to know? TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE Because this party requires a lot of volunteer time, energy and significant financial commitments, tickets are non-refundable.
